COVID-19 Cancellation & Postponement Policy
Under pandemic circumstances I will be as accommodating as possible, however, please be mindful that my small business is my livelihood, and COVID-19 has, and will, severely impact my business.
If you are thinking about, or in the process of postponing your wedding to a different date please refer to the below conditions and please let me know ASAP.
Postponement:
Most of you have paid your mandatory $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date. If you have had this date secured for some time it is highly likely that I have declined multiple other brides to lock in your date. Normally, in the event of a date change, your $150.00 non-refundable deposit would be taken as a fee for cancelling your original date and a new deposit would be required to book and secure this new date.
If your postponement is directly related to COVID-19 and you are rescheduling a new date that I am available to work with, and you have returned your quote with a signed acceptance, I will be happy to transfer your original deposit to that new date. If you have postponed your wedding once already and postpone it a second time, your $150.00 non-refundable deposit would be taken as a fee for cancelling your original date and a new deposit would be required to book and secure this new date.
In the unfortunate event that I am unavailable for your newly chosen wedding date, please understand that I will have done everything possible to accommodate you, considering every option available to remain a part of your wedding day. If you decide the options provided to you do not suit the regular $150.00 non-refundable deposit fee will still apply.
Cancellation:
If you are planning on cancelling your wedding your non-refundable deposit will apply.
Standard Terms and Conditions
Your date will not be held or secured without your signed acceptance and receipt of your $150.00 non-refundable deposit. Once your deposit is received, your date is secured and cannot be passed onto another bride.
Balance of your booking is to be paid in full 1 week prior to the date of your wedding - this includes an email to monica@mflair.com.au with transaction receipt. Due to the unpredictable climate with coronavirus, I will not be accepting pre-payment or installments prior to your wedding.
In the event of cancellation, unfortunately your $150.00 non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of postponing your wedding to a new date after confirmation, your $150.00 non-refundable deposit is forfeited as this is a cancellation fee from your original date that I have held for you. In the event of this you will be required to pay another booking fee to secure your new date.
If I am required to start before 6am, there will be a $10.00 per person early start fee.
Hair trials are recommended and are a separate service and fee. Payment is required on or before this date. Trials are a great way to meet and discuss your hair needs to create your perfect look.
