Terms and Conditions

Bridal Hair Hunter Valley/Central Coast

Please read and take note of the following terms and conditions. By paying your $150.00 deposit you agree and accept these terms.

Standard Terms and Conditions*

  • No date is held without your $150.00 non-refundable booking deposit.
  • Your booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Please send through your written acceptance and receipt of payment to monica@mflair.com.au when booking.
  • Once your deposit is received, your date is secured and cannot be passed onto another bride.

Payment

  • Please note, all pricing is subject to change. However, if you have secured your date, your prices are locked in as quoted.
  • Final balance is due and to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your date – please include a transaction receipt to monica@mflair.com.au.
  • Due to the unpredictable climate with coronavirus, I will not be accepting pre-payment or instalments prior to your wedding. Payment is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your wedding day

Cancellation

  • If you cancel your wedding, your $150.00 non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit fee will still apply.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances that I must cancel your booking, your booking deposit will be refunded, and I will try my best to provide you with a recommendation of other suppliers.

Postponement

  • By postponing your wedding your booking deposit is forfeited and is taken as a cancellation fee from your original date. To secure your postponed date, you will be required to pay another booking fee

Bridal Party

  • Please be aware that I have a minimum number of 3 people or $345.00 plus travel for a wedding service.*
  • *If your wedding is in peak season, October to April, please be aware that there is a minimum number of 5 people or $575.00 plus travel for a wedding service.
  • If a member is unable to attend your wedding day (i.e., illness, or other reasons) their service fee will be forfeited in full. However, this can be transferred to another guest of similar hair type on the day as their service fee will not be refunded.
  • If you decide to change your original booked bridal party numbers to a smaller bridal party/elopement style wedding – there is still a minimum service call out of 3 people or $345.00 plus travel.

Early Start Fee

  • If I am required to start before 6.30am, there will be a $10 per person early start fee.

Public Holidays

  • There is 15% surcharge for bookings on a public holiday.

Hair Trials

  • Hair trials are recommended and are a separate service and fee – this is to be paid on your trial date.
  • Trials are a great way to meet and discuss your hair needs to create your perfect look. 
  • When booking a trial before locking in your wedding date, please note that no dates are held without receipt of your booking deposit.​

COVID-19 Cancellation & Postponement Policy*

If you are thinking about, or in the process of postponing your wedding to a different date please refer to the below conditions and let me know ASAP.

Postponement

  • As you have secured your date, it is highly likely that I have declined other brides with your date being locked in.
  • With your postponement being directly related to COVID-19 and the current government restrictions, pending availability, I will happily transfer your original booking deposit to your new date in 2021 only.
  • If you have postponed your wedding once already and postpone it a second time (third wedding date chosen), your booking deposit is taken as a fee for cancelling your original date and a new booking deposit is required to book and secure your new date.
  • If I am unavailable for your postponed wedding date, your booking deposit fee will still apply. You need to check my availability before confirming a new date. Please understand that I will have done everything possible to accommodate you, considering every option available to remain a part of your wedding day.

Bridal Party Changes

  • If a member is unable to attend your wedding day (i.e., government restrictions, border closures, illness, or other reasons) their service fee will be forfeited in full. However, this can be transferred to another guest of similar hair type on the day as their service fee will not be refunded.
