Colour can enhance and create depth to any style. Correct placement of foils and balayage can give your style definition where you need it and can take your style to the next level.
A few things to keep in mind when it comes to colour for your wedding day:
- Don’t change your colour too close to your day – you want to look like yourself and love your colour. If you want a change, it is best to do it gradually. Try to aim for it to be completed a few months out from your big day. Your hair will still remain in great condition, and you can get used to your “new look”.
- Show your hairdresser your wedding inspiration pictures. They can have a chat with you about your desired colour and can work out a plan to enhance your style with depth and dimension.
- Have your wedding colour refresh no closer than a week or two before your wedding. This allows time for your scalp to adjust, and any potential stains will be gone by your special day.
